Program Description
ClearPath Mobile Auto utilizes text messaging to communicate with customers who have explicitly requested information or quotes. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, and direct responses to quote requests (such as receiving photos of vehicle damage to provide estimates).
Text us at (469) 919-2383 for support or inquiries. By contacting us via SMS with your mobile number, you consent to receive marketing SMS replies from (469) 919-2383 ClearPath Mobile Auto LLC. Message and Data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply HELP for help. Reply "STOP" at any time to opt out.
How to Opt-In
- Web Form / Quote Requests: By entering your phone number into our website contact forms, checking the designated SMS consent box, and submitting a request.
- Direct Mobile Initiation: By explicitly sending an initial text message to our business line at (469) 919-2383 to request a quote, service info, or to attach photos of vehicle damage.
Please Note: Consent is strictly required to receive text messages from us. Submitting your phone number and checking the consent box indicates your agreement to receive automated or manual service-related text messages from ClearPath Mobile Auto. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
The number of text messages you receive will vary based on your interactions with us. Typically, messages are limited to the duration of your active service request, quote estimation, or scheduled appointment window. We may occasionally send special offers, or incentives via SMS. Typically once a month.
How to Opt-Out (Help & Stop)
You maintain full control over your communication preferences.
- To Stop: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (469) 919-2383. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- To Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can reach out directly for support.
Privacy and Data Security
We respect your privacy. ClearPath Mobile Auto does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your information is used strictly to fulfill the mobile services you requested.
ClearPath Mobile Auto LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
